This Return & Refund Policy describes the conditions applicable to returns, withdrawals, and refunds for products sold by DROPINFINITY.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, when acting as a consumer and where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

Where several products forming part of the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last product where the conditions provided by applicable regulations are met.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform DROPINFINITY of their decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

The customer may use the withdrawal form available at the end of this policy or send any other clear and unambiguous statement expressing their decision to withdraw.

To help us process the request, we recommend providing:

• the customer's name;
• the order number;
• the email address used for the order;
• the product or products concerned;
• the date the order was received.

4. Return Period

After communicating their decision to withdraw, the customer must return the product concerned within a maximum period of 14 days, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided to the customer after we receive the return request.

Products must not be returned to any address other than the return address provided by DROPINFINITY.

5. Return Shipping Costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law or otherwise indicated by DROPINFINITY.

Where the return results from an error by DROPINFINITY or from a defective or non-conforming product, the customer's statutory rights remain fully applicable.

6. Condition of Returned Products

The customer may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

However, the customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

Where possible, we recommend returning the product with its accessories, instructions, and original packaging.

7. Customized Products

Certain products sold by DROPINFINITY may be customized according to the customer's specifications.

This may include:

• printing a logo;
• printing a business name or specific text;
• using artwork provided by the customer;
• creating a specific QR code;
• specific NFC configuration or programming;
• a design specifically created according to the customer's instructions.

In accordance with the exceptions provided by the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, where a product is manufactured or clearly customized specifically for the customer, the customer may not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal for that product.

This exclusion from the right of withdrawal does not affect the customer's rights in the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product.

8. NFC Products and QR Codes

The mere programming of an NFC function or QR code does not automatically mean that a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The exception applies only where the product actually meets the legal requirements to be considered made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered, the customer is invited to contact DROPINFINITY at:

To help us assess the request, DROPINFINITY may ask for:

• the order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photographs of the product;
• photographs of the packaging;
• a video showing the issue where relevant.

These elements help us process the request without limiting the customer's statutory rights.

10. Products Damaged During Delivery

If a product arrives damaged, the customer is invited to contact us as soon as possible so that the situation can be assessed.

We recommend keeping the product, its packaging, and any evidence of the damage until the request has been processed.

11. Incorrect Product Received

If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, they should contact DROPINFINITY so that the situation can be resolved in accordance with their applicable rights.

12. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, DROPINFINITY will refund the amounts due in accordance with the deadlines established by applicable regulations.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which DROPINFINITY is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw.

For the sale of goods, DROPINFINITY may withhold the refund until the product has been recovered or until the consumer provides proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.

13. Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method and provided that this does not result in any additional fees for the customer.

14. Original Delivery Costs

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised for the entire order, the refund includes the standard delivery costs originally charged where required by applicable regulations.

If the customer expressly selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the standard delivery method offered, DROPINFINITY is not required to reimburse the additional costs resulting from that choice.

15. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund has been issued by DROPINFINITY, additional time may be required before the funds appear in the customer's account.

This processing time depends on the customer's bank, payment institution, or payment method.

The availability of an exchange depends on the product concerned, its customization, and product availability.

17. Packages Returned to Sender

Where a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer is invited to contact DROPINFINITY.

The circumstances will be reviewed to determine the available solutions in accordance with the applicable rights and regulations.

18. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.

This guarantee provides consumers with the remedies established by law where a product does not conform to the contract.

It applies independently of this Return & Refund Policy and independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

19. Warranty Against Hidden Defects

Where the applicable conditions are met, customers also benefit from the statutory warranty against hidden defects provided for under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
